holy moly! look at all that stuff! eek! o_O

readers know that i deeply respect Maria at Hypergrid Business and she is a top source for OpenSim related news (she also blogs professionally for many real business blogs). she spreads positive use cases for OpenSim plus tracks OpenSim growth

her blog was the largest single influence on both myself and subQuark as far as getting started in OpenSim. today, her blog continues to educate both of us and especially from a business perspective – after all, Enclave Harbour’s intent is to eventually sell field trip workbooks as a business endeavor

Maria is a bona fide hands on power user of OpenSim and visits most of the grids she tracks as well as any she writes about. she even visited me way back when we were in Reaction Grid. she also does stuff like tweak Google Docs so that they can tie into OpenSim and be useful and productive. she also uses OpenSim as a way to hold meetings for her real world business

okay, enough of my lovefest! (i really am fond of her plus she sent me these pics with the Agrona chair) =)

here she is at her crazy in-world office which has so much going on that she probably logs out just for escapism! =)

and did you add a sit script with typing animation? very cool

in-world news desk for Hypergrid Business

dang! Maria, you are supposed to use OpenSim for fun! =D

  1. It’s not a typing animation — I just had a chat window open in a corner and started typing, to take a better picture. :-)

But if anyone DOES have a typing animation, that would be great!

No, I used one of Fleep’s standard sit poses here.

The desk shown is a “control panel” view — it pulls in data from Hyperica gates, and shows gates that are dead, and latest visitors, and performance for the regions, etc…
