little weather station shack

a weather station at 255 metres above sea level complete with radar, rain gauge, anenometer, satellite feed, stove made out of old 55 gallon drums (is that like reuse?), spark arrestor on the chimney, bed with a Hudson Bay Company blanket, desk, scripted table lamp, laptop, attic, and more!

all in a really tiny shack (lol, Dream Walker is too tall to step in). but even though it seems tiny, it is still bigger than real life scale. the door is 7 feet tall!

it’s hard building to scale and it typically means that your structure just won’t work well for avatars. but i am short for an avatar (5’5″), not one of those  7+ foot tall peeps  =)

  2. Cool! And at 255 meters there ought to be snow in the winter, so you can do some downhill on your way home:-)

  3. cool ideas! i made it snow in second lie on our estate and will do the same here too! wow a tobaggon run would be pretty cool and i bet Nickola and Dream Walker can script that! it will be crazy fast, that’s one steep mountain!

  4. I just like the approach you took with this topic. It isn’t typical that you just find something so concise and informative.
