bah, bah, and double bah! =/

two weeks back i wrote about To Do lists that most of us create during the week for what we want to do in second life or opensim over the weekend. and most of us (for sure yours truly) get to some of them, or get distracted by something else, or get to none of them. both in-world stuff and rl stuff gets in the way it seems

speaking of distracted . . . =p

i went back to http://www.gridsurvey.com/ to poke around their second life stats. i am no graph maker and am always in awe of peeps that set up dynamic graphing images on their websites. but when i saw stats on private sim growth on the  grid survey site, i just had to try to graph them and here is what it looks like starting from october 2006 to may 2010

it’s amazing (not really) that it looks very much like the Gartner Hype Cycle

  2. Nice chart. It will be interesting to see if any effect is felt with the drastic reduction in Linden Lab employees.
