688 prims, seating areas and a stage, a big hollow spot for nut storage, acorn lights, hammocks, and your imagination can make this OAR your home!
a mix of whimsy and fantasy for a huge tree inspired by giant tree colonies in Second Life – why not make something that is only possible in virtual worlds?
i tend to struggle in making fantasy builds and always want them to have “realistic aspects” – this has been a good exercise to get me out of my normal building style =)
this took about 20 hours spread out over four days (while having a cold most of a week long vacation, bah! Ener Hax – hax as in hacks up a lung!) and was a lot of fun to build. if you are a clever scripter, maybe add a few zip lines and have a furry festival! =D
check out the details on the Giant Tree page on enerhax.com =)

Would also make a great base for an educational projects in botany/ecology/taxonomy project. Display areas for associated fauna, physiology, molecules, etc.

Oops, pardon rubbish editing. Hopefully you get the drift.

I say we nominate Graham as our ed specialist! That’s a clever use for this tree – a student’s project lab.

To get you started there’s a taxonomy-based Tree of Life website, sadly/inevitably incomplete, which has learning activities: http://www.tolweb.org/tree/home.pages/treehouses.html
And ener thought she was taking some time out…
