Enerville (slurl) is a residential and themed island. Retro-futurism and mid-century modern with martinis in a fallout shelter. In a nutshell, imagine how people thought the future would be in the late 1950's and early '60's in the U.S. Flying cars, robots, and lots of atomic this and that. Not quite the same as steampunk but close. Steampunk meets the glam of the three cocktail lunch! The architecture is sometimes called Googie.
Prim bonus is 110% and all parcels are bordered by 8 metre wide buffer as municipal space. The municipal spaces have Straylight trees for a Western Canada Feel. You can use the Eville Atomic Lounge for parties and social gatherings. It has a multi-station radio, dance ball, martinis, and a great sliding pole.
