Our blog is a great place to give us a shout out (and learn about the estate) and so is our ever growing Twitter!
We do our best to be "hands off". Most people resolve their own issues better than we can, but sometimes we need to step in. An example would be high lag scripts and architecture that does not fit in with a zone (ie, a big 60 metre tall mall in a residential sim).
We have enforcement officers, Sheriff DreamWalker McCallister and Captain Allison Widdershins, who are authorized to maintain the estate covenant. Most of the time it's minor, like ban lines. We don't allow ban lines, but do encourage the use of good third party security systems (allow at least 10 seconds for people to pass over your land).
We also support, and defend, creativity. So we know that there are times when neighbors might be working on a structure and have it in transition. Like making a home, you might raise the roof (doh! pun intended) to well above the height limits so
that you can work on the interior.
Live life, both real and virtual, to it's fullest. ^_^
